Any claim relating to the Website’s Terms of Use must be made within a maximum of 6 (six) months from the appearance of the reason for the claim and be accompanied by any evidence to justify the claim.

Exchanges with Féau (including postal costs) remain the exclusive responsibility of the Users.

III – APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT COURTS

The Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy are subject to FRENCH LAW and any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation or execution of the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy will be subject to the JURIDICTIONS WITHIN THE PARIS APPEL COURT. The Users who have the status of consumers may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
