Féau’s wall paneling schemes embody the French art of living from the 17th to the 20th century. Made by our joiners using traditional techniques (sometimes from antique elements) or created in sculpted plaster, resin, or oak, they “create a dream” by bringing an air of grandeur to our clients’ interiors. Recreated decor around canvases by the Percier & Fontaine school from the Schloss Bauschlott in Neulingen, Germany (1809). Painted oak boiseries with white-and-gold patina. Percier & Fontaine cornices and pilasters from the Hôtel de Beauharnais, Paris. Originals at Féau, available for future decors.

Percier & Fontaine scheme, for an Italian palazzo

Carved oak boiseries made for one of Napoleon's generals. The colors have remained intact since 1806—an extremely rare occurrence. The full set was acquired and installed by Féau in an Italian palazzo. The preparatory drawings for it have been on show at the Decorative Arts Museum, Paris, in 2020.
