Gallery of Decors
– Empire style –

Discover our Empire-style paneling schemes, abounding in references to Ancient Rome and Egyptian motifs, among other ornamentation. This style, one of the Féau firm’s specialties, was very fashionable during Napoleon’s reign and is embodied by the work of the architects Percier & Fontaine, whose codes our design studio masters perfectly.

A custom-designed craftsmanship

From the initial sketch to the decor’s installation, Féau’s teams work closely alongside interior designers, attentive to their vision.

Empire and Percier & Fontaine door cladding panels

Empire and Percier & Fontaine door cladding panels

Kitchen detail: refrigerator door on the right, and double door to the dining room, ornamented with a late Louis XVI fishing trophy. The marriage of the Empire setting inspired by Percier & Fontaine, and the Louis XVI vocabulary, creates a very coherent ensemble in this luxurious private residence.

Griffins capital and cornice

Griffins capital and cornice

Scheme inspired by the Hôtel Beauharnais, in painted oak and resin.
On the client's request, and for a less warlike effect, griffins replace the original eagles. Féau's impressive Percier & Fontaine Collection makes it possible to play with elements while remaining very faithful to the Empire style.

Boiserie from the Grand Salon at the Hôtel de Beauharnais, by Percier & Fontaine (1806), reproduced for a villa in Brussels. Swan motif typical of Napoleonic Empire-style decors.
