“A space that honors women in art and design.”
We are delighted to be participating in WoWhouse 2025, with Brigitta Spinocchia Freund’s exhibition, The Curator’s Room, a space that honors women in art and design – past and present.
We present a reproduction of carved wood panels originally created by Armand-Albert Rateau for Jeanne Lanvin’s personal home. From her Parisian townhouse to her boutiques on the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the Lanvin-Rateau collaboration shaped a vision of elegance that defined an era.
These daisy motifs – Marguerites, a subtle nod to Lanvin’s daughter – appeared in their interiors and now, almost a century later, they return in this powerful tribute to the designers.
The exhibition runs until July 3 at the Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour.
